After finally deciding to go ahead with Mark Stewart's design situated at the tennis courts, the group roles were assigned to each and everyone within the group with the project being managed by Andy and Kaleena although the project design was obviously led by Mark with Aidan's support. On documentation, Georgi and Bhavina eagerly filled the posts and decided to create a scrapbook and blog for the entire duration of the project! One of the biggest roles was that of the fundraising team and this was filled by Matt, Dave and Aimee. The rest of the group including Ed, Anastasija, Asya, Sinead, Sasha and Michelle were assigned to assist with the building of the structure and to help with all the other areas of the production.
